Submission requirements
The abstract (not exceeding 300 words) should be submitted to the conference secretariat by 15 March 2019 to
[email protected]. The abstract will be included in the conference book. Notification of acceptance will be sent no later than 31 March 2019.
The full paper (not exceeding 3,000 words) should be submitted by 30 April 2019
to
[email protected]. All feedback from the refereeing process will be returned to submitters to enable the paper to be finalized. The final version of the full paper must be submitted to
[email protected] by 31 May 2019. The final version of any full paper which is not received by the due date will not be included in the proceedings.

Content of the abstract
Abstracts must describe in a succinct manner the purposes and results of the research so that the quality, originality, and comprehensiveness of the work can be evaluated by the conference chairpersons. Each abstract should contain: (a) an introductory sentence indicating the purposes of the study; (b) a brief description of the studies procedures; (c) a summary of findings; and (d) conclusions of the studies.
Authors submitting full papers for presentation at this conference should consider the following criteria:

- Rationale and objectives or purposes of the study
- Perspective(s) or theoretical framework
- Methods or modes of inquiry
- Results and conclusion(s)
- Discussion
- Recommendations (if any)
Format
- All files should be submitted as a Word document (either .doc or .docx) in a one-column format, justified.
Article Length
-Manuscripts should not exceed 3,000 words and 10 single spaced pages using 12 point Times New Roman
(3,000 words include abstract, keywords, figures, tables, references, appendices etc.)
Front Page
The title page must be structured as:
- Article title
- Author name, address, affiliation, email address and photo
- Abstract
- Keywords
Figures & Tables
All figures and tables should be included within the main body where appropriate (avoid sending in separate files). All Figures should be of high quality, legible and numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals.
References
References to other publications must be in APA style.
Authors must accept sole responsibility for the statements in their abstracts and papers. The abstract will be used in the program for a session description.
Posters should stimulate discussion. The poster should include a brief overview of the study, which can be explained in more detail in a one-to-one conversation with the reader; the poster should only display the essentials; if your point can be made with fewer words, edit your poster accordingly.
Presenters submitting posters for the Conference should consider the following criteria:
- Poster should have a logical organization. Most posters have sequential sections
(e.g. Title, Author’s name, Background, Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusion).
- The actual poster cannot exceed 1,000 mm in height and 900 mm in width. Please
respect these maximum dimensions strictly.
- Posters are expected to be displayed by the first day of the conference and will stay
for the entire conference. Posters should be removed the last day after the end of the last panel session.
